Prints

All the fine art images of the gallery have not been created, partly or totally by computer. All images have been taken with professional high quality digital cameras, lenses and filters on location, supporting both analog and digital. Finally, all of them have been subject to an exclusive development process by Juan de Tury, who gives his unique and personal touch.

All my pictures are representations of the reality and are not digitally manipulated; only the usual process of digital darkroom. In no event and under no circumstances foreign elements not present at the time of carrying out the pictures have been added. Photo montages , techniques applied in graphic design, handling and other techniques that involve altering the image original view or conditions at the time of shooting are not applied.

OPEN EDITION FINE ART PRINTS

All fine art photographs exhibited in Unlimited Fine Art Print gallery are not subject to a certain number of printed or distributed copies. Within this group the some rights could have been or could be assigned to editorial works such as books, collectibles, sheets, etc.

Fine Art Prints of this section are printed on high quality paper, or under specific media at the request of customers, such as foam, vinyl, canvas, face mounting, etc. The only exception is the framing of the prints, mainly due to the difficulty involved in its implementation, wich must be reside in the hands of a professional, as well as the difficulties of transportation for the standard sizes of the prints.

Furthermore, all the prints are signed by the author.

Discounts for purchasing multiple copies or assignment of rights for publishing, advertising or any other use are posible. If this is your case, please contact the author via the contact form.

LIMITED EDITION FINE ART PRINTS

This images can be seen in the Limited Edition Fine Art Prints gallery. All are subject to the achievement of a maximum number of prints, namely 20.

Once that this number of prints are reached is not possible to make additional prints for new customers. At this time the digital file or the negative is stored only for reasons of copyright and image rights.

Anyway, if you want to buy a limited edition fine art print of a retired image, you can contact the author to evaluate the possibility of locating an specimen that could be available in a gallery, or attempt to locate an owner susceptible to discard his print.

In the case that a person or entity wishing to purchase an exclusive print, that copy will be unique and will not be possible to print another one in the future for possible interested buyers.

IMAGE QUALITY

All fine art prints, both limited edition as unlimited edition, are printed to the highest quality standards on the higher range glossy paper, in order to highlight the intrinsic characteristics of the images.

All Prints are signed, numbered and carefully shipped in a durable high quality environmental friendly tuve. All come with a pair of cotton gloves. We highly recommend that you wear the gloves if you need to handle the art for any reason. We remind you that the copies are fragile and sensitive materials, and any hit or scratch that may occur during handling, including the marks left by fingerprints, could seriously damage it.

Due to the diversity of equipment used by the author to take the images, including high-resolution digital cameras and medium format film cameras, several image ratios are possible. Because this, it is not possible to define a standard size for prints. The reference sizes and prices are:

PERSONAL DESIGNS UNDER REQUEST

If you want to acquire a Limited Edition Fine Art Print and would like to previsualize it in the chosen environment, Juan de Tury offers the possibility of a virtual simulation. You only need to take a photograph of the place you choose (home, office, meeting room, etc.), where the copy would be.

If you don´t like the result, we could recommend another that is better suited to that environment from the perspective of the author.

CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY

Every limited edition fine art print is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.This include the print number, the title of the image, date, size and the author's signature.

CAUTION

In the hypothetical case that the print will be delivered in bad condition for scratches, cracks or other damage due solely to transport purposes please let us know. We will request you some photos where we clearly see the print condition at the time of unpacking. We will ask you to cut the picture in several pieces with scissors and send it back to us in an envelop. This will protect us against fraud. As soon as we receive the envelop, we will replace the print that has been damaged in transit.

HOW TO BUY

To purchase a copy, both limited or unlimited edition, please contact the author through the contact form.

Prints will be sent as soon as possible, always within 1-2 weeks after the payment. If for any reason (travel, workshops or stay out of the office among others) a delay in shipment occurs, this will be communicated to clients and the possibility of refund will be offered.

The price of sending must be added to the cost of the print, and will be communicated to clients together with the final price at the time of request.
